Most orders are cooked in about 25 minutes, plus riding time. You'll see a live estimate on the tracking screen as soon as you order.
Orders can't be cancelled once they're placed. If something's wrong, message us straight away with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help.
We're prepaid only — pay securely online at checkout with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets, handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details, and we start cooking the moment your payment clears.
We deliver to a set list of pincodes around the kitchen. Enter yours in the check on the home page and it'll tell you straight away, along with the fee and how long it usually takes.
